Why does this exist

Having recently moved to a 4-day work week at MavTek I wanted to satisfy a need to be productive and to help others achieve performance in “all the things”. The plan is for this to become an unofficial space for thoughts on individual, web, team, and ware performance.

There is satisfaction in seeing the bounce rate reduce by half for each second of latency. Engineering makes a significant impact on the customer experience without the shapes and colors that initially come to mind with UX.
